The traditional Mallorca property of Ses Comes is located in the countryside just outside Es Lombards. There is a swimming pool and accommodation for 4 people (2 double bedrooms and one full bathroom).

Sometimes simple things are the most appreciated. And Ses Comes is one such example. There is no doubt that this wonderful, traditional Mallorca property, with its lovely stonework, and located in magnificent surroundings, will bear witness to your best holiday ever.

The road to the property, lined by well-kept gardens, will give you a good clue as to where you are going. And when you get there and see the turquoise swimming pool framed by native trees and start to breathe in the peace and quiet of the area, you already won’t need anything else.

The interior is completely renovated, although some original features have been kept for authenticity. Comfort is the priority in all the rooms. Ses Comes is free of unnecessary ostentation. The luxury lies in simply being there, enjoying everything the place and the surroundings have to offer.

Being so close to Es Llombards provides an opportunity to explore this lovely village and its namesake Cala Llombards on the coast, amongst other gorgeous beaches and small coves. Some of the best on Mallorca.

Honestly, it was above our expectations, which were high. This is a charming countryhouse with beautiful views around, very peaceful and beautiful area. The house itself is authenthic and beautiful, and very comfortable, with a large well equipped kitchen. Last but not least, the garden is large and has a very authentic character. You feel like living in a real Mallorcan countryside house. Also, the service provided by Santanyi rentals is quick and just perfect.

This is a great place to stay to explore the south east of Mallorca. The property was spotless and well kept. The pool area was great. There was a new bbq, which was excellent.One thing to note, you will need a car to get around.The beers and wine in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again!

La casa es genial. Tal cual sale en las fotografías. Lo que más nos impresionó fue todo el espacio exterior con el que cuenta la casa, además de su piscina privada (solo para nosotros). A pesar de estar en interior, teníamos el mar a unos 6 minutos en coche y los pueblos de alrededor tenían un encanto especial. Paola, la chica que se encargaba de hablar con nosotros mientras estábamos ahí, majísima y muy atenta. No solo en cuanto al tema de la casa sino también dándonos consejos para hacer turismo por la isla. En definitiva, una muy buena experiencia y lo recomendamos 100 por 100.

Very clean house, practical and functional, with all amenities needed to enjoy the holidays. Great pool, very pleasant to use and warm :) Outside area is charming. The house is isolated yet near many great beaches, restaurants, the supermarket, gas station, bakery etc. If you’re not looking for a hotel experience but a more ‘authentic’ Mallorcan stay we can only recommend this place. Wir haben insgesamt 12 Nächte zu viert mit zwei Kindern (6 und 8) auf der Finca verbracht. Carla von Santanyi Rentals hat direkt Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und uns je dichter der Anreisetermin kam mit Informationen versorgt. Ein früher Check-In war kurzfristig möglich, so dass wir das Haus schon um 12 Uhr beziehen konnten. Juliana hat uns mit dem Auto in Santanyi eingesammelt, so dass wir ihr mit dem Mietwagen zum Haus hinterherfahren konnten. Sie hat uns freundlich begrüßt, das Haus gezeigt und uns mit allen Eigenschaften vertraut gemacht. Außerdem stand sie während des Aufenthalts für sämtliche Belange rund um das Haus telefonisch zur Verfügung. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen, liebevoll zusammengestellten Lebensmittel-Willkommenspaket begrüßt.Das Haus selbst war pikobello sauber und freundlich eingerichtet, Wir mussten nur einziehen und entspannen. Ausstattungsgegenstände fürs tägliche Leben gab es reichlich. Der Kühlschrank hatte zwisc

The place is really great and we have enjoyed the stay, with the nicest places of South-East of Mallorca pretty close by car. Positives: (1) great and clean pool only for us, (2) great kitchen and a big living room will all you need and (3) vegetable garden also for personal use.

Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet für unseren Urlaub. Die Kinder waren kaum aus dem Pool zu kriegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Eroski-Supermarkt in Santanyí) in einer knappen Viertelstunde (Auto) zu erreichen, in Es Llombards (3 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt’s den nächsten kleinen Bäcker. Die Strände im Südosten sind ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer absolute Stille sucht: die Verbindungsstraße zwischen Es Llombards und Ses Salines führt in circa 20m am Haus vorbei, uns hat das aber in keinster Weise gestört. Absoluter Pluspunkt: der zum Haus gehörende kleine Gemüsegarten!!!

Wir waren als 4köpfige Familie zu Gast in der Finca Ses Comes und wir haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Alles hat ganz wunderbar geklappt, die Finca war sauber und gut ausgestattet, der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Auch der Garten hat uns fasziniert und wir durften uns beim Gemüse bedienen. Unsere Ansprechperson Ceci war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns mit guten Tipps versorgt.

We spent a wonderful week in the Finca See Comes. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed and very clean. Our host Ceci was very nice, she welcomed us warmly and provided us with helpful information on the area. We can definitely recommend this house for a pleasant holiday stay.
