The newly built villa S'amarador is a luxury for the senses. Located in the natural park of Mondragó, very close to the beach of S'amarador invites you to relax and enjoy a well-deserved vacation in Mallorca.
It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 of these bedrooms with double bed and 2 with two single beds. 2 of the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the house has 2 additional bathrooms.
The house has a saltwater infinity pool, infrared sauna, 3 terraces (two of them with sea views), air conditioning, heating and high quality equipment. All this in a wonderful environment that will make you disconnect and get out of your routine.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is also ideal for seminar groups, yoga, workshops or exclusive retreats, because it has a fantastic multipurpose room for all these types of activities.
On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with fireplace and TV. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house and from the living room there is access to the kitchen-dining room with a large wooden table ideal for family gatherings or meetings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer and ceramic hob.
On the first floor you will also find the living room, a double bedroom with its own bathroom, pool views and direct access to the lower terrace, as well as a separate guest toilet.
A nice staircase leads to the upper floor from the kitchen-dining room. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms. 1 of them has its own bathroom and 2 of them share a bathroom with shower from which you can see the sea.
All the upper bedrooms have direct access to the upper terrace with sea views, which invite you to relax, on the other side you will be able to contemplate the whole natural park of Mondragó and you will fall in love with the place.

The house has air conditioning and underfloor heating, so you can enjoy the villa S'amarador both in summer and winter. As we care about the environment, air conditioning can be used only for temperatures between 23 and 24 degrees.
