VILLA LOS ALMENDROS is a beautiful house 5 minutes from Santanyí and from the coast. It has 5 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can take up to 10 people. It is surrounded by 14,000 m2 of land with a swimming pool, gardens and a barbecue.

If you have the opportunity to visit Mallorca in the months of January and February, you can enjoy a unique event: the almond trees in blossom. However, if you come at another date, no need to worry: the marvelous Villa Los Almendros house is inspired by almond blossom. By its magic. Every corner of its 400 m2 interior emits the warmth of blossom time from this tree so associated with Mallorca. The 14,000 m2 of surrounding countryside does so too. All the year round!

For this reason, it is always a luxury to stay in this villa. You will realize how special this place is from the very first moment. The architecture is impeccable and the surroundings unique. You will enjoy the spacious rooms, which are light, cozy, decorated very tastefully and which provide every comfort. But you will also be captivated by everything offered outdoors, including gardens, covered terraces, a swimming pool, a barbecue, and areas for games, rest, reading and fun. The little wooden tree house has become one of the guests’ favorite places! And not only with the children! It is the perfect place for disconnecting, reading and even for having a nap!

VILLA LOS ALMENDROS is in an unbeatable location as well: at a sufficient distance from towns and inhabited areas, but only 5 minutes from Santanyí (a lovely town full of charm), from the coast (dotted with wonderful turquoise coves and beaches of fine sand) and the liveliest leisure centres in the south of Mallorca.

The most amazing house in the most beatiful surrondings, we where surprised how big the house was, we where two familys and everyone had plenty of space. It was a wonderful stay. We will come back soon. We absolutely loved our stay. Paola at Santanyi rentals was so friendly and helpful, she really made our stay even better, great service and help.

What a beautiful place! We had such a great time with the family. Sunbathing, swimming, barbecue, having diner with 10 people, watching television, chatting on the balcony. We will come back next year!

The house is large, comfortable and very tastefully furnished. It was equipped to the standard an owner would want. The grounds are extensive as well, with a large lawn, patios, beds of rosemary, olive, lemon and orange trees and of course almond trees. The pool is a good size and is surrounded by amply seating in the sun and the shade. There is even a covered outdoor kitchen and dining table with both charcoal and gas barbeques. The support offered by Paula of Santanyi Rentals was outstanding. She met us to show us the house, and gave us good recommendations for restaurants which she goes to herself. When we had any issues, her response was almost immediate. For example, we had heavy rain which briefly knocked out the water supply, and she sent the gardener within an hour to fix the problem. She arranged our pre-departure PCR tests for us, and when they were delayed she chased them up. We had a great time and hope to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at „Los Almendros“. The house and the garden is beautiful, a great place to relax with friends and family. The communication with Paola from Santanyi rentals was very easy and Paola was always there to help. We can strongly recommend and would love to come back!
